Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

• Returns and refund requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• Customized and perishable items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.

How to Request a Refund or Return

2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
3. Our team will review your request and respond promptly with next steps and return instructions if eligible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely returning the item to our store address, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product. In such cases, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping.

Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days using your original payment method, or as agreed in communication.
• For payments via GCash, Maya, or card, please allow additional processing time as per your provider’s policies.

Exchanges
